These Terms of Service apply when you access CamelBak, create an account, contact customer care, or purchase bottles, mugs, tumblers, reservoirs, hydration packs, outdoor vests, or related parts and cleaning products. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the footer.
Using the store and maintaining an account
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. Supply accurate contact, payment, billing, and delivery information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly update material account details. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Product listings and compatibility
We work to present helpful descriptions, dimensions, capacities, materials, compatibility information, and images. Screen colors can vary, and packaging or specifications can change. Review reservoir, cap, valve, tube, pack, and device compatibility before purchase. Inventory and quantity limits remain subject to confirmation, and we may correct an evident listing or pricing error before accepting an order.
Order review, prices, and taxes
Prices and checkout are in USD. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs after payment, fraud, address, and inventory review. Checkout displays merchandise charges and taxes collected when applicable law requires them; the store does not promise that every jurisdiction is tax-free.
Payment obligations
Use only a card or payment credential you are authorized to use. The supported card networks, authorization process, and handling of approved refunds are described in the Payment Policy.
Fulfillment, cancellation, and after-sale rights
Delivery is limited to the United States. The Shipping Policy explains free standard shipping, processing, transit, and tracking. A cancellation may be requested before shipment. The Refund Policy governs the 30-day return window, exchanges, prepaid labels, product-condition review, exclusions, and refund posting.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorized access, defeat storefront security, introduce malicious code, overload services, scrape beyond ordinary shopping, misrepresent identity or payment authority, submit fraudulent orders, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, or use the store for unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to restrict access and protect customers, systems, or legal rights.
Intellectual property
Store text, graphics, logos, photographs, software, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to the merchant and protected by applicable law. Ordinary personal shopping use does not grant permission to copy, republish, modify, or commercially exploit that content.
External platforms and services
Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, and linked third-party sites operate separate systems and can apply their own terms. We remain responsible for the commitments stated in our policies but do not control unrelated third-party content or services.
Disclaimers and limitations
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive. Subject to mandatory rights and our express commitments, the online service is provided as available, and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Responsibility for unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the service or knowing violation of these terms. This provision does not apply where consumer law prohibits or limits it.
Governing law, changes, and severability
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of North Dakota, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first so a dispute can be reviewed in good faith. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed.
