CamelBak delivers only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Processing is the preparation stage before carrier movement and takes 1–2 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), on a weekend, or on a holiday enter the processing queue on the next business day.
Transit time: 4–6 business days
Carrier transportation begins only after dispatch and ordinarily takes 4–6 business days. Transit and processing are separate stages: the 4–6-business-day estimate does not include the preceding 1–2-business-day processing period.
Shipment tracking
When a package leaves fulfillment, we send a shipping confirmation containing its carrier tracking number. The carrier may need a short period to register the first scan.
Delivery address and timing disruptions
Review the delivery address before payment and contact us promptly about a correction. An address can be changed only before fulfillment makes shipment irreversible. Weather, peak demand, carrier interruptions, and address problems can affect estimates. Contact customer care if tracking stops updating or a package appears missing.
Applicable taxes
Sales and transaction taxes are collected when applicable law requires them. Free standard shipping does not eliminate any legally required tax.
